Step-wise guide on how to stay numb :

Step-wise guide

One,
Stop fake smiling.
Stop fake laughing.
Numbness doesn’t come to people
who react often,
Just lay with a blank expression
on your face.
Just fuckin’ lay.
Two,
Cut but don’t cry,
I know the urge is always there,
But numbness doesn’t come to weak people.
They can check your wrist,
But they can’t check your thighs
Just fuckin’ cut.

Three,
Don’t scream.
Don’t drunk and yell.
Numbness doesn’t come to people who express.
Just stare at the wall in silence.
Just fuckin’ stare.

Four,
If a car is coming towards you
Don’t run.
Numbness doesn’t come to people who escape.
Just be like snow,
Silent and cold.
Just fuckin’ be snow.

Five,
Stop looking both ways before crossing,
Stop wearing seatbelt in the car.
Numbness doesn’t come to people who care,
Stop counting the pills
before taking them.
Just fuckin’ stop

Five,
Stop writing down,
Let the paper stay empty .
Numbness doesn’t come to people who write.

Five,
Stuck on five,
Don’t look for six,
Just fuckin’ don’t.
Numbness doesn’t come to people who move on.
